Chef/ Owner
Meet Airat Olaniyi-Ibiyeye, the visionary founder and Creative Director of LilyGates Cake & Food Services. With a profound dedication to culinary excellence, Airat is the driving force behind every masterpiece that emerges from our kitchen.
Airat’s journey is marked by relentless pursuit and passion. A graduate of Bio-Chemistry, she holds certifications in entrepreneurship development training, Japanese pastry courses, vegan and gluten-free baking. Her expertise has been instrumental in training and mentoring numerous successful bakers who now run their thriving bakeries.
In the autumn of 2021, she embarked on an exciting new chapter in the world of gastronomy. This journey led us to the esteemed Culinary Institute of Canada in the picturesque landscapes of Prince Edward Island. Here, she honed skills and deepened her understanding of both culinary arts and pastry craft.
